01 · Origin
Official sources first
We prioritize ARCA for Monotributo, jurisdiction authorities for Ingresos Brutos and COMARB for Convenio Multilateral and NAES. Every source record keeps its authority, URL, effective period and latest verification.
Primary sources remain visible beside a result rather than being buried in a general bibliography.
02 · History
Versioned rules
A new effective period creates a new rule file. August 2026 values do not silently overwrite February data.
Monetary limits use centavos internally so one-cent boundary cases remain exact.
03 · Decision
Deterministic calculations
The engine finds the first category that fits every entered parameter and uses the highest category required. AI does not decide categories, recategorization or Social eligibility.
The same inputs and rule version always produce the same comparison. Automated tests cover A–K limits, advanced parameters and over-limit values.
04 · Language
What “orientation” means
A result compares only the information entered with the rules represented by the tool. It does not access your tax account or make an ARCA determination.
Missing and uncertain answers stay visible. Situations requiring interpretation are directed to an official source or qualified professional.
05 · Maintenance
Updates and corrections
When a source changes, the process adds source metadata, creates a rule version, runs boundary tests and updates the visible verification date.
A correction remains tied to the affected period so historical context is not lost.
06 · Independence
No government affiliation
Monotributo Claro is not part of ARCA, AGIP, ARBA or COMARB. It does not issue certificates, receive Clave Fiscal credentials or file official procedures.
Its role is to make public information easier to understand and direct people to the correct official service.
