Which Monotributo category may apply to me?

Answer a few questions and compare your information with the current published parameters. The result is an orientation and shows which variable determined it.

What best describes your main activity?

Decision logic

A parameter-by-parameter comparison

The result is not an average. It uses the highest category required.

The checker finds the first category that fits each value you provide. If revenue fits B but annual rent first fits C, the orientation is C. The result shows the full matrix, remaining revenue margin and any answer that still needs review.

Amounts are calculated in centavos to preserve the precision of official thresholds. Display values stay in Argentine pesos.

Before you decide

What may change this orientation

Some activities have exceptions. Surface area may not apply in certain cities, contribution components vary for some taxpayers, and the time you have been active affects recategorization.

That is why this checker says “estimated category” and exposes unanswered parameters. It does not turn a mathematical comparison into a legal conclusion.

Frequently asked questions

Is revenue the only category parameter?

No. Surface area, annual electricity, accrued rent and the highest unit sale price for goods may also apply.

What does “last 12 months” mean?

It is a rolling period: use the 12 months immediately before the date you are reviewing, not only the calendar year.

What if I do not know my electricity use?

Leave it unanswered. The result will identify missing information instead of inventing a value.

Is the result official?

No. It is a deterministic comparison with the current official table, not an ARCA certificate or decision.

Why can parameters point to different categories?

The tool uses the highest category required to fit every parameter you entered.
